That's what we're doing under the Volunteer Protection Act is protecting our volunteers, our good citizens that come forward. Please, I would like to focus on the amendment here that provides a lesser degree of liability protection while allowing weaker State standards to remain in place. What we need to do is to preserve our system of federalism and support the Volunteer Protection Act which is constitutional, which does not violate the prerogative of the States to manage and legislate on their own tort laws and determine the qualifications of health care professionals.
