As more and more Members begin to examine this, I think the awesome power of the credit lobby is becoming very, very clear. We are making a bill that makes bankruptcy worse. So for the chairman of the subcommittee to be telling us that, because we oppose this bill, we want to go back to the existing circumstance is inaccurate at least for my part. What we want is a better set of provisions than the ones that exist now, and this bill does not contain them.
