The real intent of my resolution is to try to get the President of the United States to reveal information that has been withheld for all of these 4 rac{1}{2} years in some cases, and information that the President is claiming executive privilege for. The gentleman cited all of these claims by other Presidents. Not one of those cites that the gentleman listed has anything to do with claims of executive privilege involving allegations and information given to a grand jury on information of personal wrongdoing and possible crimes in the White House, not one of them. This President is only the second President after Nixon in the entire history of the country that has made those kinds of claims, and yet the gentleman still supports the President.
