It is in plain English, and it was there from the first day that RICO was enacted into law, having passed this Congress. However, my point is, would the gentleman preclude Mafia activities with securities from being a prosecutable offense under RICO? Because when we take RICO away, we are taking away the opportunity to prosecute Mafia involvement with securities.”
