That is precisely what we are in the process of determining. And I would like to say that my optimism is still on the side of justice, that my conviction that there are enough people in this Federal legislature and in this country to right the terrible wrong that has been visited upon the poor beleaguered citizens of that little tiny nation only miles away from our shore. We can make Haiti better. We can still create a humanitarian corridor to bring in the life-giving supplies without which they will not only perish but the violence will continue. I again thank the gentlewoman for her perseverance and commitment across the years on this subject.
