In reclaiming my time, I thank both of the floor leaders for their support. Madam Chair, I want to make clear that this amendment will simply ensure that no funds may be made available under this bill for the transfer of these devastating and highly mobile weapons to any party in the Syrian civil war. So, regardless of one's opinion about U.S. intervention in foreign conflicts, this prudent and responsible amendment deserves our support. I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR.
