Despite this politically charged environment that we are in, in Michigan, we are working together to make data-driven decisions that preserve the integrity of our voting system.
It is difficult. Certainly, the court ruling makes it a lot more challenging to collaborate, with social media companies that have an important role to play in protecting their users from deceptive tactics and misinformation.
I will never apologize for doing everything I can to ensure every eligible citizen is registered to vote.
