Some emissions sources, like cement plants, can't be phased out immediately, or they don't have non-fossil-fuel options even available . . . that is where carbon capture and storage comes into play.

Well, first of all, the President has accomplished a lot. And I can go through the litany of how GDP growth, job creation has been. Job creation has been the most of any president in history in the first year of a presidency.
