I think it is critical that the United States take responsibility for the fallout of its activities in World War II on humans, no matter where they are.

We also want to work on methane mitigation strategies and CO2 mitigation strategies associated with those exports because a lot of those who would be taking it on want, as well, to have a supplier that has low carbon and low GHG footprint.

I think there are other solutions, though.
