I think we need to start by passing the American Jobs Plan because the investment is in there.
I love what I've heard today. I think that articulation of how little we are investing in workforce training and development in skilled trades is one of the best articulations I have heard.
We should celebrate the successes of innovation hubs such as Silicon Valley and Boston and continue to support their role in advancing U.S. competitiveness.

The Federal government has long been a partner in building regional innovation economies through many agencies with different missions.
