the Wyden amendment is on the definition of change, my amendment pertains to anchor handling, the Snowe amendment is with regard to a conveyance extension, and the Grassley amendment is with regard to technical corrections. These were erroneously left out of the managers' package which we processed last evening. I ask unanimous consent that these four amendments be considered as additions to the managers' package, that they be considered en bloc and agreed to en bloc, and the motions to lay on the table be agreed to.
