Well thank you so much, Mr. Chairman for this critically important hearing, particularly as it's something that I hear from constituents and stakeholders in my district, on the regular, from the Livonia Chamber of Commerce, President Dan West who asked me about what we are going to do to meet the moment to improve access to behavioral and mental health care.
