Is it correct that the TRANSFORM program recently gained global recognition of its activities at a transportation conference hosted by USAID? I understand that in speaking of its activities, the World Food Programme's representative praised the program and offered it the use of spare space on their ships. This spurred others to offer their vessels--such as American President Line, Maersk and CSX.
