if the Senator from Indiana would confer with us, I find that one of the amendments he has offered is not an amendment to the Armed Services Committee amendment but is, in fact, an amendment to the bill itself. We will be happy to discuss that with the Senator. I again urge him not to pursue this at this time. Amendment No. 1933
