“I am pleased to tell the Senator from Hawaii that I share his opinion. The Army needs the M105A3 and, since the Army has funds which were appropriated for trailer procurement, the Army should use the $15 million in unused funds from procurement of the M149A2 to procure the M105A3 cargo trailer.”
