Very well. I have no objection. This money, if nothing else, would be available to replace some of the Predators that have been lost. So we are willing to accept it, but if the Senator wishes a vote, I would ask that--Mr. President, I ask for the yeas and nays on his amendment. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there a sufficient second?
