I sent a letter to the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council urging them to swiftly implement my law.
Congress and the entire Federal Government must work together to harmonize our country's cybersecurity regulations.
Unfortunately, the updated guidance that was due in June of this year has yet to be issued.
