We are not trying to change the First Amendment. We are trying to define the difference between speech and conduct.

The days for the tech industry to be allowed to self-regulate and to police their own systems are over.

They are absolutely not doing everything they could be doing.

This is a topic that is very important to my district in Colorado and also to me personally.
