So, this year’s tour is about saying thank you to all of the amazing people and communities I’ve been able to partner with during my career to help make Michigan an amazing place to work, live, and raise a family.

Criminal contempt is punitive. It does not compel a witness to answer questions or produce the documents we'd all like to see.

I’m also proud that fire departments across the Bay Region have been able to use grant programs I fought for to purchase critical safety equipment that helps keep first responders safe when they go into harm’s way.

I’m proud to support this commonsense legislation and will work with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to get it passed in the Senate.
