Michigan is a very diverse state, and if you recall, Bernie Sanders beat Hillary Clinton many years ago in a primary in Michigan, so this is nothing new.

I was proud to stand alongside them during that difficult time, and I won't stop fighting to ensure all Michiganders have the resources they need to rebuild and emerge stronger in the face of disaster.

But one thing was clear then and remains true now: Michigan communities are tough and resilient.

There’s no better way to travel around Michigan than on a motorcycle, so I’m looking forward to riding across our beautiful state to meet with Michiganders and celebrate all that we’ve accomplished together.
