Because that has got to be a pretty frightening experience for a 10-year-old who may be the victim of violence from where they came, they are fleeing that, and they may be a victim of sexual trafficking, they are trembling, they are scared, and we expect them to understand that they need to start pleading that they have an asylum claim.
