I sent a letter to the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council urging them to swiftly implement my law.
Unfortunately, the updated guidance that was due in June of this year has yet to be issued.
It's really important to have that.
I urge my colleagues to join me in supporting these well qualified nominees.
