(b) Contents.--The report shall include-- (1) a summary of energy performance and savings resulting from the utilization of such power generation, including short-term and long-term (20 years) projections of such savings; and (2) an analysis of the reduction in greenhouse emissions resulting from the utilization of such power generation.
