I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 15, after line 16, insert the following new subparagraph, and redesignate the succeeding subparagraphs accordingly: (E) in clause (ix), as so redesignated-- (i) by inserting ``decreased credit score,'' after ``credit reports,''; and (ii) by inserting ``reduced ability to rent or purchase a home or car, potential difficulty in securing employment,'' after ``Federal law,''; The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 677, the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Peters) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Michigan.
