let me also say, if I may, if I can have the attention of the Senator from Texas, Mr. Gramm, who is in the Chamber, I just want to indicate that I appreciate the cooperative effort with respect to resolving that last matter on fair trade and financial services. We just incorporated that amendment prior to the Senator's arrival in the Chamber. But I appreciate the effort to work it out, and I think we have a package here that can help us a great deal with respect to opening up the game for American companies overseas. I appreciate the cooperation of the Senator.
