Let me continue by saying I will take the issue up with the regulators. We will see what can be done. They are in the process right now of attempting to reevaluate how the CRA process is applied and made to work and is measured. I think there is, as the Senator says, an anomaly here. There is an inherent contradiction, if you will, when you get outside the minority interests that a specialized institution of the kind the Senator cites is aimed at. So let us pursue it that way. I think that is probably the best way to try to respond to the concern the Senator has raised.
