One more time, I thank the Senator from New Mexico for his commitment on this issue and the way he is able to explain the importance of it. I stress, along with the Senator, if we had private insurance coverage, then the facilities would be there. They would know there is a way for this to be paid for and, in fact, as we do with other kinds of health insurance, the hospitals would know there is a reimbursement system, the physicians would know there is a reimbursement system, and they would know as well there would be for these mental illnesses. I thank the Senator for his wonderful commitment and leadership, as well as Senator Wellstone. I am hopeful we can move forward and that this can truly be a historic day.
