I wish to say we would not be at this point, we would not have this bipartisan majority without the work of the Senator from Montana and Senators Grassley, Hatch, and Rockefeller. The chairman has been the person who reminds us every day that it is about the children. Isn't it true that we do, in fact, believe we have wonderful bipartisan support, enough to override a Presidential veto here and in the House of Representatives?
