if there is time remaining, I would simply say that I think our amendment is stronger and much more specific. Also, it upholds two goals: supporting the Clean Water Act, which has for 40 years protected us with clean fishing and drinking water--and in our beautiful Great Lakes, certainly all that we hold dear--but it also clarifies specifics for agriculture, ranchers, foresters, and communities.
