Before my friend from Minnesota leaves the floor, I want to thank her for her comments and say all of us stand with Baltimore. I can't imagine people playing politics with something like this. It is such a tragedy that could happen and has happened to all of us in our States. This is what we are here to do is to work together to try to address and solve problems and help rebuild when that is necessary.
