if I may take a moment to thank Senator Bingaman and Senator Hutchison. Both New Mexico and Texas have strong and passionate advocates. They are lucky to have them, and we are looking forward to working with them to make sure the issues they have raised are addressed. Also, just for those following along in order, I would just indicate that Senator Collins, in light of the passage of the Snowe amendment, will not be proceeding with her amendment, just for the information of the Senate.
