Mr. President, it is now my great pleasure to yield to the distinguished Senator from New Hampshire. I have to say that Senator Shaheen's voice has been strong and clear. She has been one of our strongest advocates as far as what we need to do on student loan debt and also making sure middle-class families have a shot to get ahead.
