I first want to thank Senator Murphy and the senior Senator from Connecticut, the Senator from New Jersey, and so many others who have been on the floor. Our Democratic caucus is united in saying: Enough is enough. That is what we are here today to focus on. It is not enough to have words. They expect us to act and to make a difference.
