I believe that this is a reasonable and timely way to mitigate the most urgent impacts of the water crisis in California.

I think part of the reason both the Republican Administration and the Democratic leadership... focus so much on the recent delta legislation...

I really commend the Secretary for moving forward aggressively on that process.
