If I might ask my friend another question, wouldn't he share my amazement that, in this new economic report, the proposal is that the way we lower health care costs is to export the jobs? Export the nurses, export the doctors, radiological assistants, whoever it is--that is how we should bring down health care costs? Lose our jobs to other countries? Does that make sense?
