The way to address the matter is to take out unfortunate language and put in good language in a separate medical records privacy bill. At least, if we do not allow this language to remain in the legislation when it finally does go to the President, if that occurs, it would then assure that we would keep in place existing protections of patient privacy which are superior.

The other thing I want to add is that I worry about suppressing and disenfranchising your military and stationed overseas.
Republicans are... trying to divide us. And we've got to stop letting them try to divide us.
I believe that that was a very deliberate effort to vote, and that that person, individual, signed an affidavit saying that he was an American citizen and eligible to vote.
