Documents provided to the committee today suggest that a lack of funding was a major reason for the delay in opening SafeSport.

I find it deeply concerning that apparently it took 7 years for the U.S. Olympic Committee to get SafeSport off the ground.

Like many of my colleagues, the Olympians represent courage, dedication, hard work, and patriotism of our young people.
