I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following new section: Sec. __. The amounts otherwise provided by this Act for ``Departmental Administration'', ``Agriculture Buildings and Facilities and Rental Payments'', administrative expenses under the third paragraph under ``Agricultural Credit Insurance Fund Program Account'', administrative expenses under the fourth paragraph under ``Rural Housing Insurance Fund Program Account'', and ``Foreign Agricultural Service-- salaries and expenses'' are hereby reduced by, and the amount otherwise provided by this Act for ``Food and Drug Administration--salaries and expenses'' is hereby increased by, $5,000,000, $20,000,000, $10,000,000, $4,000,000, $10,000,000, and $49,000,000, respectively.
