I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 25, line 4, insert before the period at the end the following: ``, unless the project would limit access to or opportunities for hunting or fishing, or impact a species listed as an endangered species or threatened species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.)''. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 420, the gentlewoman from Michigan (Mrs. Dingell) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Michigan.
