I want to thank both of my colleagues for their leadership on this issue and for the willingness to talk about it publicly because we do need for people to acknowledge that it is a normal feeling, and it is okay. I have seen it in my own family and wish that we had been willing to talk about it before it had been too late. Madam Speaker, I urge my colleagues to support this legislation, and I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentlewoman from Michigan (Mrs. Dingell) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 4585, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed. The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to conduct a national suicide prevention media campaign, and for other purposes.''. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
