I would just say briefly that the threat of these expiring will have an effect on business and individuals from investment decisions well before midnight on December 31, 2008. So it is important that we act now while we can, because that will send a very strong signal that these reductions in investment taxes are here to stay, which will continue to encourage the kind of investment and growth that has created the job relief that the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. English), or job creation that the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. English), mentioned, over 2 million jobs. And it is so important that we continue to do that. Mr. Speaker, I reserve the balance of my time.
