I will not yield. I will enter into the Record the Joint Committee on Taxation, the nonpartisan experts who analyze our legislation, their analysis of both proposals. They will show that the House bill that extends the payroll tax for a year provides $120 billion in tax relief to the American worker, while the House bill, as amended by the Senate, only provides $20 billion of tax relief to the American worker because they only extend it for 2 months.
