In summary, I'd like to say that an identical bill to this passed the Senate with unanimous consent. The ability of the U.S. to impose countervailing duties on nonmarket economies, specifically on China, was something China agreed to when it entered the WTO. There are massive subsidies that distort the free market and cost us jobs here in the United States. This is an important tool, as so many have said, as speakers today have said, for us to have to address unfair subsidies from China that hurt our U.S. workers. I think this is an important bill. It has bipartisan support, and I urge the passage of this legislation. I yield back the balance of my time.
