If I were to adopt the Democrat language, I would probably say that the 30-hour rule is a weapon on the war on women, the war on lower income folks, the war on the vulnerable, the war on seniors, the war on job creation, the war on school districts, the war on colleges and small businesses.

While we now know that the IRS began targeting individuals based on their personal beliefs 3 years ago, we still need to know who began this targeting and why, and we need to understand how individuals were affected by the IRS' abuse.
The American people are fed up with this. We are going to go through this charade one more time before we exit.
