I appreciate that very much, and, you know, obviously, we have got work to do dealing with some of these structural challenges.

I think in particular, it would be a mistake for us to reauthorize without using the opportunity to elevate these relationships, specifically--and this has been referenced--in the area of worker rights.

We got that done in the last Congress.

The entirety of the system should be pointed at bringing kids back to a permanent, loving, stable home.
