Obviously, as I said, we need a national strategy to combat the financing of transnational criminal organizations. This legislation requires that such a strategy be put together. It is an issue that crosses virtually every partisan or ideological line. It is an example of legislation that we all can embrace and should support. Mr. Speaker, I encourage my colleagues to do so, and I yield back the balance of my time.
