Cuts infrastructure, which we have to address. If our companies, if our manufacturers are going to be competitive, we are going to have to make those sorts of investment. This budget does none of those things. All it does is protect those who continue to be sheltered by a system that allows for this kind of inequality in this country and doesn't address the fundamental questions facing us. I thank the gentleman for yielding, and I hope that my colleagues will join me in opposing this budget.
