I am proud that the United States is, in fact, a place that welcomes foreign investment.

I believe the CFIUS process generally works well for private, commercially motivated transactions.

I want to encourage the leadership of the subcommittee to continue on that path.

What do we tell our constituents? How do they protect themselves from something like this?
