Mr. Chairman, thank you for yielding some time to me. I rise in support today of H.R. 1410. The Saginaw Chippewa Tribe in Michigan, whom I have the privilege of representing here, and for reasons that I concur with, have asked that I support this legislation, along with several other Michigan tribes that are opposed to off- reservation gaming. And so I ask my colleagues to join me in support of this legislation and in opposition to off-reservation gaming.
