The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of subtitle A of title I, add the following: SEC. 11__. GAO REPORT ON IMPROVING NATIONAL RESPONSE CENTER. The Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct a study of ways in which the capabilities of the National Response Center could be improved. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 542, the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Kildee) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Michigan.
